A successful building services installation is demonstrated through commissioning and testing procedures and results. Anderson Green gives client's confidence in this process by providing engineering staff to undertake services witness testing.

Unrivalled in this field we are able to provide engineers with true hands on experience of site working together with a detailed understanding of Building Services installation, co-ordination and commissioning.

Site surveying providing dilapidation reports and interim reports on current installations provides clients with detailed information on both existing installations and those under construction. Site surveys are documented providing both written and photographic information of the installation in question. Non conformities are reported together with the remedial action required to meet current legislation and client needs.
